My life philosophy is that things can get tricky. Through the support of some great friends, a dog to snuggle with, and your favorite drink of choice, you can get through a lot. For the things that wet noses and whiskey can’t fix, that is where coaching comes in!

I am the founder of LCF Consultation and an Air Force Veteran. I partner with professionals to assist them in determining their leadership, career, and future goals. Through leadership training and coaching, we customize your development plan for YOU!

I work with heart and passion to assist you in achieving your goals. When we work together, my priority is creating a safe, trusting environment. Our focus will be your performance goals and I will hold you accountable. Your growth and development plan will be our focus as we take this journey together.

Who am I?

When I retired as a Chief Master Sergeant from the Air Force, I knew I was not done serving the military. I wanted to find a way to give back, acknowledge, and assist every hard-working leader out there. My go-to leadership question was always, “What can I do for you?” Now, I get to ask that to everyone!

I have been on Active Duty, a Traditional Reservist, and an Active Guard and Reserve member. I know the balancing act it takes for a leader in any status. I am also a single mom, and family is another ball we juggle.

I completed a Master’s of Arts in Psychology in 2015, but I knew there was a different way of helping others. I completed my second MA in 2021 in Executive Coaching and Consultation. Coaching, with a little psychology thrown in, is where we can reach your goals!

A leader needs to find balance

I believe that a leader must find ways to balance all things in their life. Let me be the first to acknowledge your work and tell you it is hard. To find balance I focus on mental, physical, and spiritual health. Spiritual health means different things to different people, and I will work with you on what that means to you.

Mental Health

I love reading books! There are thousands of books on leadership, and I am making my way through them. Whether you live by John Maxwell, Henry Cloud, Stephen Covey, or your own style we can work together to increase your ability to lead others well.

Physical Health

A walk, a bike ride, a dance party. Get out and move is my idea of physical health. This is when my body does the hard work and my brain gets to chew on something.
